InTheKnow Shops

InTheKnow Shops was aimed to convert traffic to commerce revenue. As the design lead, my goal was to create reusable modules that can be easily mix and match according to different market needs.

One of our goals was to ensure that users felt that the checkout process was easy and intuitive. To achieve this, we analyzed every step of the checkout process, from the moment the user clicks the checkout button to the moment they complete their purchase. Based on our findings, we simplified the checkout form, removed unnecessary steps, and provided clear instructions at every stage of the process. By doing so, we were able to reduce user errors, minimize cart abandonment, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

 

This projects didn’t launch as expected due to the change of the business directions.
